Since may 2000 we added a 6,01 kWp solar-panels (photovoltaik, electricity made with sun-power) to produce the majority of its need of electricity from solar power. This is the largest system on a hotel-roof in Bavaria! In 2006 Hotel Hansi was awarded 4 times in a row, the „Award in Gold for environmental conscious economy“ by the Bavarian State Ministry.
